RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the team to launch FBK in your city
• Work on bringing efficiencies in the logistics processes
• Responsible for the planning and implementation of optimal delivery of goods from the supplier/warehouse to the customer
• Delivery team recruiting, on-boarding and training
• Initiate creative local marketing strategies and user growth campaigns
• Manage deployment and quality of supply chain from vendors of various services
• Control supply chain costs
• Continue to grow REVENUES
• Evaluation of the weekly performance reports and cost measurement of internal and external processes and logistics

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in operations management or logistics aplus
• Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking
• Nocturnal: Comfortable with graveyard shifts to monitor late night operations
• Stellar networking skills and the ability to make smart partnerships happen
• Extremely comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making in the absence of perfect information
